1. Return & Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns are accepted only if the products received are different from the items ordered (for example, incorrect fragrances).
Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
If there is any issue with the product upon delivery, you must:
- Take clear photos of the package before opening it.
- Take additional photos after opening the package.
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +20 155 743 2058.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
If the return is requested because you changed your mind, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
For online payments, a 1.5% transaction processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
